Property and Cancellation Policies

A credit card deposit equal to 50% of the total balance due is required at the time the reservation is made. 

Full refunds, minus a $15 handling fee, will be issued for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to reservation date. Deposits for reservations of three rooms or more are non-refundable, and the balance on reservations made for three or more rooms will be charged one month prior to arrival and will be non-refundable.

"No shows" and cancellations made within 24 hours of the 3PM reservation check-in time will be charged the full amount of the entire stay.

Because we are a small inn and cancellations affect us greatly, we cannot issue refunds due to weather conditions or other extenuating circumstances.

At Station Inn Pawling, we’re thrilled to welcome you to a home away from home in Pawling, NY. We’re excited to have you here, and while we know how much you love your furry companions, we are unfortunately not a pet-friendly establishment.

But don’t let that stop you from having a fantastic time with your four-legged friend! We understand that our guests might want to bring their pets along, so we’ve partnered with fantastic local services to ensure both you and your pets are well taken care of during your stay with us.

For boarding services, we highly recommend Holiday Tyme Pet Hotel – a reputable and reliable boarding kennel that offers top-notch care for your pets while you’re away. Additionally, we recommend using Segundo’s Taxi Service to make your pet’s travel seamless. They offer pet-friendly transportation, making it convenient for you and your furry companions to travel to and from Pawling.

A credit card deposit equal to 50% of the total balance due is required at the time your reservation is made. If your reservation is made within 14 days of arrival date, full payment will be taken at that time.

Cancellations MUST be made 14 days prior to your reservation date in order to receive a refund. Full refunds, minus a $15 handling fee, will be issued for cancellations made up to 14 days before the reservation date.
