Deposit and Cancellation Policy at Station Inn Pawling
A credit card deposit equal to 50% of the total balance due is required at the time your reservation is made. If your reservation is made within 24 hours or less of your stay, a 100% deposit is required.
Full refunds, minus a $15 handling fee, will be issued for cancellations made up to 14 days before the reservation date. However, deposits for reservations of three rooms or more are non-refundable, and the balance on reservations made for three or more rooms will be charged one month prior to arrival and will be non-refundable.
No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the 3 PM reservation check-in time will be charged the full amount of the entire stay.
Because we are a small inn and cancellations affect us greatly, we cannot issue refunds due to weather conditions or other extenuating circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
